5 Stars A Great Little Handheld Vacuum
I first noticed this highly rated vacuum in consumer reports and I must say it works as advertised. I like the portability and its sucking power. The only thing that could be better in my opinion is the charging cord - it’s a little thin but doesn’t seem to affect the charging of the unit. Works great and by the way I don’t think it’s too noisy as some have said.

Primary plus is 18v power. Gives more suction, but not longer work time. A draw back is the size of the dirt canister. Its so large that it prevents access to tight spaces, even with the nozzle extender. And, the extender has a tendency to retract too easily. Mounting base lends itself to counter storage. Cleaning of filter chamber is easy, works well.

2 Stars Black & Decker Hand Vacum
I have had this hand vacuum for about 6 months. I really do not like going through the procedure of pressing a button to fold out the pivoting-nose and then to further have to pull out (difficult) little nose end. It is stored on the charger in the fold down position and not ready for use until you press a button and fold out the nose into the angle you want it. For a small woman going through this with a heavy vacuum to start is difficult. Some may like the vacuum nose to be folded in different angles. Not me. It has not been that convenient. I also find it un- convenient to place in the charger. I still fool around with it to get it in the proper place. I am a man and my wife who has some arthritis in her hands simply cannot use it. I plan to replace it today. I like to pickup these handy vacuums and just press the on switch and be in business. With this unit it is like going through a pre-flight on an aircraft (I am a military pilot). It does have good suction but appears to me to lose some of that in an angular position. With the nose fully extended a lot of things are to large to go through the suction head. I like Black and Decker products but am sorry to downgrade this unit is a loser in my opinion.

Great handvac. One of the most powerful ones out there and reasonably priced. Does what I need it to do - odd jobs and hard to reach places. Folds up to a small size for charging.

This is no doubt the best and most powerful handheld I have ever had. I use it all the time and wouldn’t change it for anything. It truly is the best.
1 Star Cat Litter Bust
I got this, with high hopes after reading all the rave reviews, to pick up all the cat litter my cats track out of their litter box. It had powerful suction at first, though it did let a lot of dust through the filters and tended to drop some of the debris as soon as I shut it off. Both filters, there’s an accordion pleated paper filter and a plastic filter with tiny holes, became clogged within a week. To clean them, you have to wash them in water. The cat litter dust turned to cement as soon as I did that. I was never able to get the filters completely clean again despite a lot of effort. After that, we stopped using it for cat litter, it’s intended purpose, but it continued to become more and more clogged over time, despite repeatedly cleaning the filters. Finally it’s suction power is nil. We are throwing it away. I suppose that if you don’t use it on clumping cat litter or other materials that may turn to clay or cement upon washing the filters, it might be an okay vacuum if you don’t mind a bit of dust blow through.

4 Stars sheer power
I am usually a tough reviewer of anything I purchase. This one I researched and I feel that it lives up to its billing. For sheer power and ease of use you “cannot beat it.” The product is great even on my higher pile carpet. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars (and I said I was tough rating product) is that I would prefer that I would be able to take the unit off and use it without straigtening the nozzle. I also do not like to rate items after only 3 weeks as I feel the longevity of the item purchased should be a big part of any review.

I was going to buy this item, but it went up in price two times in the last week.
5 Stars GREAT Product
This vacuum is great. It is lightweight and sucks hard.
Some people say it is to loud but it works and that is what matters to me.
I don’t think it is to loud. I only have it on for usually less than a minute anyway.
If they sound proof it I think it would be to heavy and useless.
I have a big tom cat and he leaves fur everywhere. This is so much easier to use than bringing
out the big vacuum with the hose attachment.
Works great on lots of little bugs too. I would recommend emptying it after so they don’t crawl back out.
I’ll probably use it on my car next. The sucker extends outward so I think it will be good for reaching all those hard to
get to places.
Keep it empty for best results, it can jam up and lose suction but it’s only because it is crammed full of garbage.
The only improvement I can see them making is an ergonomic handle but I can’t knock a star off for that because it handles well and
works great.
Buy it.
5 Stars Good investment
This worked fairly well. I love the fact that I don’t need harsh chemicals to clean and sanitize. I used this to clean my oven, and overall it did an okay job. I still had to use scrubbing muscles to get the grease completely off with a scouring pad, but for the most part, it did melt a lot of the grease away. I’ve used this on tile, grout, toilets and also removed calcium deposits from the faucets and sink areas. It just melted it away. This was a good investment.
