There was only one filter in the bag even though it was advertised as having two.

I can’t tell you how fast you can finish vacuuming using this new design bag, no odors, no missing dirt or hairs anymore, what a difference, used to take me over 1 hour to go through the whole house now it takes me less then 15 minutes, the suction is greatly improved, my kid’s room has a very thick rug, some of the dust would stick to it… normally I would have to go over and over the rug with my vacuum cleaner, to get the visual dust of the rug, sometimes I would have to get down on all four to get some of that dust by hand… not anymore …what a difference a simply good design has made. Before that I was thinking of getting a new vacuum cleaner with a greater power, guess what, not a chance…Buy those bags and save plenty of time to get the job done right…and instead of HEPA filter I use the one for odor control Miele Active Air Clean Filter (For Odor Control) - S300/S400/S500 Series …very pleased

Beware of this item. I ordered “8 bags with 4 filters” from Go Vacuum and received 4 bags with 2 filters. The guy at Go Vacuum said Amazon is advertising it wrong and that there have never been 8 bags with 4 filters in this style. Even the box that came has a sticker on it that says “FJM Miele Bags 8 Bags with 4 Filters”. It’s wrong. The guy at Go Vacuum said I could just “send them back if I didn’t like them.” Haha.

I just love my two Miele cannister vacuums, they’re great. We live on all tile floors with 10 dogs and a few cats, so everyday I vacuum up a ton of animal hair, and I go through vacuum bags quite frequently. I’m not paying $19 for four bags, that’s ridiculous! I e-mailed Miele, they told me about how much better filtration the new bags afforded. I explained that filtration quality means nothing when cleaning very coarse animal hair. I’m not living in a “clean Room” at Intel!
I noticed that Bosch has also raised their cannister bag prices, so maybe it’s a German thing. I started buying generic “FJM” 5 bags for $10 from Amazon, which work just fine. These cheap bags have a cardboard connection at top, instead of plastic, but doesn’t matter. So I’m happy now. I’m not paying $5 per Miele bag! This is probably the best handheld vac on the market.
It is great for an RV and vehicles
I now own three and use them everywhere
Only problem ever is the switch which
gets sticking and needs cleaning.
That’s why not a perfect score.
5 Stars A great vacuum to clean my stairs with!
I got this handheld because I have an upright vacuum that was a pain to use on the stairs, it never really cleaned the dog hair off the stpes well. Now when I use this I am amazed! The brush really works well in getting all the hair up and the vacuum suction grabs everything. Now all I need to get are replacement filters for the collection cup.
This is a little on the heavy side, but it is fairly maneuverable and the cord is real long so that makes up for it. Beings it works so well with cleaning, I don’t have to use it for very long each time.
5 Stars You will not regret this purchase
I’ve had this vacuum for about 4 months now and use it at least a couple times a week. I usually do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I love this little vacuum! I have two cats and so naturally there is hair everywhere, which drives me crazy as I tend to be rather fastidious. This vacuum is powerful and works like a charm - Especially for the price!! It’s powerful, easy to clean, and has a long cord. It works beautifully on furniture, and also around the rest of the house using the hose and attachment (would really prefer if these were longer, but it’s ok and still functional).
5 Stars Everything the Reviews Promised
I bought the Eureka based on the reviewes I read. All seem to be true. It has great suction power and picks everything up (so be careful!). Great for steps and furniture. The hose works well, but as others said, it is short, however the self storage is very nice. When I pull the vacuum out of the closet I have everything. First handheld I have had that is this good. Didn’t think there would be a real need for the flip cover on brush but I use it all the time.

This is a wonderful vacuum, especially for stairs. We have a dog & 2 cats that love to play on the stairs. This vacuum is excellent on stairs and works great vertically. It is a little heavy after a while but with the power it has the weight is well worth it!
