5 Stars Great wood cleaner
I have hardwood floors throughout my home and have used this cleaner for the past 4 years. It does a fantastic job without any damage to your floors. I use one of the Bona spray bottles because they are made to deliver a fine mist so you don’t soak your floor with a microfiber mop. It dries quickly, making it easy to clean quickly right before guests arrive. This cleaner also works great if you have pets who sometimes leave a little dirt on the floor or saliva marks from playing with toys. It also works well on the black marks that rubber soles can leave on your floor. I wouldn’t use anything else on my floors.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS FLOOR CLEANER. I POURED THIS POWERFUL FRESH SMELLING CLEANER INTO MY HOOVER FLOORMATE FULL STRENGTH. MY FLOORS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. I HAVE BRAZILIAN CHERRY HARDWOOD FLOORS. THIS CLEANER REMOVED ALL THE STICKY RESIDUE, DIRT AND GRIME AND LEFT MY FLOORS SMELLING AND LOOKING BRAND NEW. I LOVE IT AND WOULD NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOOVER FLOORMATE VACUUM ALSO. IT SUCKS UP ALL THE DIRTY WATER BACK INTO IT. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS VACUUM AND IT DOES ALL THE SCRUBBING FOR YOU.

This product is awesome. Cleans like no other. In fact, I actually enjoy cleaning the floors now. My wife can’t count the number of times she’s come home only to find me standing there, smiling away, bona in hand, cleaning the floors. I’ve even convinced a few of my wife’s friends to try it. The other day one of her friends stopped over to visit, and I let her test out my bona. She said it was the best she’s ever used! She was so excited, in fact, that I had to beg her to let go of my bona. I didn’t want her to break it on me! It was a little awkward though when my wife came home and found her best friend standing there, holding my bona. I had a lot of explaining to do that night, I’ll tell you!

3 Stars Mediocre suction, superior price
The price for this vacuum was certainly right, but the suction power left me wanting.
I was rearranging my kids’ room and had to vacuum the dust that had accumulated under the beds.
It took 4 (yes 4!) passes for it to suck up most of the dust. There was a thick layer of dust covering the top of the vacuum cleaner. I thought it was supposed to suck dust up, not redistribute it all over itself.
Make sure you empty the vacuum outside, because it can get VERY messy.

Love everything about this vacuum but besides the retractable cord the thing I like best is the easy emptying of the dirt case. The price was $104 out the door. Amazon is the best!
5 Stars Works great so far
Easy assembly, and easy use. It works great so far. The wife has accidentally sucked up animal toys and it traps in the top and allows the vacuum to keep working so you don’t have to stop and clean it out until you’re done. Emptying the container is simple, with a bottom release it really makes it a lot cleaner. Retractable cord works well, but its more of a novelty to me…I actually find it more annoying having to pull out the cord before use, so it’s really a wash unless you have lazy family members who never put the cord back on a non-retractable. For the money, this is the best vacuum I could find, so I give it 5 stars based on the value.
2 Stars Not worth the box it’s shipped in for carpets
This thing is completely useless on carpets. I barely got through half our living room rug before it became completely clogged and won’t suck up a thing. Even worse, everything that I thought I had gotten just fell out when I turned it off. I took apart all the filters and cleaned out all the moving parts before realizing that the clog was in the hose. Now, every time I vacuum the carpet the same story! It’s useless to me.

Love love love this vacuum. Easy to use and empty. Very nice for the small jobs. We have cats, do I need to say more! Stairs….instead of the big vac with all the attachments. So nice my mom bought one too. Well worth the price. Makes cleaning fun again!
3 Stars Powerful but not perfect
I received this hand-held vacuum a week ago. Overall, it seems to be a good,
solid machine, but for me it has a few draw backs. I use the hand vac
primarily for vacuuming areas inside the house that are not easily accessible
with the large upright vacuum — spiders on the ceiling, dust bunnies under
the bed, dust on the baseboards, etc. I rarely use the hand vac without the
hose attachment, and it would not be suitable for my purposes at all if I
didn’t have additional attachments (such as extension wands) from other
vacuums that also fit this one.
1. Suction: The suction is powerful enough to suck the paint right off a wall.
This is generally a good feature, but it does mean you have to be careful when
using it, or you’ll suck up all kinds of unintended things. It’s much more
powerful than my old Dirt Devil and takes some getting used to.
2. Weight: I don’t find the vacuum particularly heavy to carry around, pretty
comparable to the old Dirt Devil.
3. Cord length: adequate for vacuuming a piece of furniture or inside a
vehicle, but longer would certainly be better.
4. Hose length: too short. I have to hold the vacuum in one hand while
vacuuming with the other, which is very cumbersome.
5. Noise: less loud than the old Dirt Devil but loud enough, especially
considering that the user has no choice but to be close to it.
6. Hose position: Lefties should like this machine as the hose is mounted on
the left-hand side. For right-handed folks like me, it’s very awkward and
unwieldy to vacuum with the short hose in my right hand while holding the
machine in my left hand. The short hose exacerbates this situation, so I
attach to the end of it a much longer hose from another vacuum for most of the
cleaning I do.
7. Dust cup: doesn’t hold a lot, but it’s very easy to remove, empty, and
reinstall.

I truely love this little vacuum cleaner.It’s ease of use and the amount of pet hair it picks up is awesome.Thanks for a great product.It got the Good Housekeeping stamp of approval and now it has mine.

This little vacuum is very powerful and is great for picking up pet hair. There are two settings, one for using the wand and another for using the regular vacuum’s suction with the rotating brushes. I highly recommend this vacuum for pet owners!
