This is a 0 star. I never received my product from this company. Lots of complaints to them. Amazon finally had to refund my money.

I used one of these packets that came with my humidifier and was not pleased with the result, I haven’t used these yet but wanted to give it another try as it is the only “authorized cleaning product” On the flip side I probably should have used the cleaner sooner than I did, which could be the reason that it didn’t work so well.
5 Stars Worked Like A Charm - Eliminated Moldy Odor
This cleaner did exactly what was expected. I had some green mold like substance in my humidifier (Air-O-Swiss). After using this product, the mold was gone and so was a moldy odor that was coming from the device.
